摘要
长河坝水电站大坝心墙区填筑施工具有填筑面平整度高、边线控制精确、施工效率高、油耗低等优点。通过碾压试验确定合理的施工参数并采用在碾压设备上安装GPS移动终端实现实时监控碾压机施工的参数,有效避免的漏压、欠压等质量隐患,大大提高了填筑面施工质量及生产效率。
The construction of core wall of dam in Changheba Hydropower Station must meet the requirements of high filling surface flatness, precise border control, high construction efficiency and low fuel consumption. Based on rolling compaction tests, rational construction parameters are determined, and the GPS mobile terminals installed on compaction equipments are used to monitor construction parameters in real-time. These measures can effectively prevent the quality risks of compaction missing or under compaction and greatly improve filling construction quality and efficiency.
