长河坝水电站工程投保建筑一切险的做法和体会

摘要 长河坝水电站工程施工战线长,工程所在区域地质背景复杂,区域构造稳定性较差,周边建设环境较为复杂。特别是工程区河段两岸沟谷发育,在雨季极易发生泥石流、边坡滚石等地质灾害,施工期安全管控难度大。为了合理转移工程建设过程中的意外风险,四川大唐国际甘孜水电开发有限公司将由各承包商自行购买的工程一切险从合同中划出,通过提前筹划、合理确定投保范围、明确参建各方责任、重视保险机构专业力量,借助规模优势和保险经纪专业优势,减轻了工程建设期的安全风险。 Because of long construction duration, complex seismic and geological conditions, poor regional tectonic stability and complex surrounding environment, especially the developed river valley is in project area leading to geological disasters of landslide and stone rolling being easily occurred in rainy season, the security control in the construction period of Changheba Hydropower Station is difficult. In order to properly transfer the accident risks of construction process, the Owner of project integrates the Contractor’s All Risk Insurance together from contractors’ contracts. Through planning in advance, reasonably determining the scope of coverage, clearing the responsibility of all contractors, paying attention to the expertise of insurer and fully using the advantages of project scale and insurance broker, the security risks of project in construction period are reduced.
