摘要
以全缘叶绿绒蒿为试材,采用野外采样调查和实验室烘干称重法,研究不同海拔全缘叶绿绒蒿的繁殖分配特征,以期认识全缘叶绿绒蒿繁殖分配策略对海拔的响应。结果表明:随着海拔升高,全缘叶绿绒蒿个体大小(地上部分生物量)、营养器官生物量显著降低,而繁殖器官生物量、雄蕊生物量、雌蕊生物量和繁殖分配显著增加;全缘叶绿绒蒿存在个体大小依赖的繁殖分配,个体越大,繁殖分配比例越小;不同海拔梯度,全缘叶绿绒蒿花期营养器官与繁殖器官、雄蕊与雌蕊间均存在资源分配上的权衡。随着海拔升高,全缘叶绿绒蒿将更多资源投入繁殖器官且雌蕊获得资源多于雄蕊,这有助于保障植株的成功繁殖。
In order to research the reproductive allocation strategy of Meconopsis integrifoliain response to altitude,the reproductive allocation traits of this species were studied at five different elevation plots,by using the field sampling investigation and laboratory drying and weighing methods.The results showed that individual size(aboveground biomass)and vegetative organ biomass reduced with the rising altitudes,however,there were significant increasing in reproductive organ biomass,stamen biomass,pistil biomass and reproductive allocation;individual size dependent reproductive allocation existed,namely,heavier individual size(aboveground biomass),lower reproductive allocation;there were trade-off between vegetative organ biomass and reproductive organ biomass,between stamen biomass and pistil biomass at different altitudes.With the rising altitudes,the species invested more resources in reproductive organ and pistil,which could ensure the reproductive success in the harsh alpine habitats.
