摘要
目的 探究细节管理应用于神经内科护理管理中的临床疗效。方法 选取我院于2014~2015年诊治的87例神经内科患者,将其随机分为治疗组43例,对照组44例。治疗组行细节护理管理,对照组行常规护理管理。对比分析两组患者治疗后的护理疗效。结果 治疗组满意率为93.0%,护理期间出错率为0,对照组分别为81.8%、11.4%。两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 采用细节管理可提升患者的满意率,并降低护理人员工作差错率。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the application of detail management in the nursing management of neurology department. Methods 87 cases of nerve internal medicine in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 43 cases in the treatment group, 44 cases in the control group. Nursing management of the treatment group, the control group received routine nursing management. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, while that of the nursing period was 0, and the control group was 81.8% and 11.4% respectively. After comparing the data of the two groups, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The details of management can improve the satisfaction rate of patients, and reduce the risk of nursing personnel work.
