摘要
目的综合分析医院不合理用药影响因素,根据各种因素制定不同的干预措施,保障患者用药安全。方法分析医院不合理用药的影响因素,再针对不合理用药的不同因素采取有针对性的干预对策。结果有计划、分步骤地逐步建立健全医院不合理用药干预对策,积极开展临床合理用药干预,可以降低患者用药风险,保证公众用药安全。结论不合理用药是医院面临的重大问题之一,而合理的用药干预措施对策可以提高医院合理用药水平,减少医疗纠纷、降低医疗费用。从而确保患者用药安全、有效和经济。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of irrational use of drugs in hospital, to make different interventions according to various factors, to ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
