摘要
目的 研究分析糖尿病合并慢性心衰患者的低钠血症特点,为其治疗提供参考依据。方法 根据2013年11月~2015年11月我院的40例糖尿病合并慢性心衰患者进行研究分析,正常组22例患者没有低钠血症,研究组18例有低钠血症,对患者采取针对性治疗,比较分析患者的实验室指标。结果 研究组患者的年龄比正常组高,两组心功能等级差异有统计学意义,而且正常组患者接受治疗前血浆渗透压和糖化血红蛋白水平比高,结果差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病合并心衰患者如果年龄较大,血糖和心功能较差,那么出现低钠血症的几率较大。
Objective To study the characteristics of hyponatremia in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic heart failure, and to provide reference for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Methods According to the analysis of 40 cases of diabetes in patients with chronic heart failure from November 2013 to November 2015 in our hospital with normal group of 22 patients without hyponatremia, study group 18 cases of patients with hyponatremia, targeted therapy, comparative analysis of laboratory index of patients. Results The study group in the age of patients is higher than normal group, the two groups were statistically significant differences in the degree of cardiac function, and normal groups of patients before treatment, plasma osmotic pressure and glycated hemoglobin level is high, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetes and heart failure if older, blood sugar and heart function is poor, then the risk of hyponatremia is greater.
