摘要
目的:征询专家对骨质疏松症证型分类的意见,形成骨质疏松症证型分类的共识。方法:通过文献回顾纳入查阅的16种骨质疏松症证型,运用德尔菲法及共识会议法集成专家对骨质疏松症证型分类的意见。结果:气血两虚、肾精不足、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、肾虚瘀滞5种分类被认为是骨质疏松症的标准化分类。结论:基于德尔菲法和共识会议法能很好地总结专家的经验,为骨质疏松症证型标准化提供依据。
Objective： To seek advice from experts to form a consensus on the classification of osteoporosis. Methods： Through the literature review, the 16 types of osteoporosis syndrome types were found,by using Delphy method and consensus conference method to integrate expert opinion on the classification of osteoporosis. Results： The five kinds of classificationis, deficiency of Qi and blood, kidney essence deficiency, spleen kidney yang deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, and kidney deficiency and blood stasis, are considered to be the stan- dard classification of osteoporosis. Conclusion： Based on Delphi method and consensus conference method can well summarize expert experience and osteoporosis syndromes standard of provide the basis.
