摘要
以600MW汽轮发电机定子接地故障为例,分析了故障的原因、处理方法以及有关的计算分析。介绍了处理过程包括工艺准备、拆汽励端定子端部结构、退定子槽楔、拆除上下层线棒、回装上下层线棒、安装端部结构以及电气试验等。
Taking an earthing fault of the 600MW turbine-generator as an example, the cause, treatment and relevant calculating analysis of the fault are analyzed. This paper intro- duces the treatment process including technology preparation, disassembly stator end parts of steam excitation, removing stator slot sembling upper and lower layer coils, wedge , disassembling upper and lower layer coils, reas- assembling stator end parts, and electric test.
