摘要
异步起动永磁同步电动机的转子永磁体产生的静止磁场与定子绕组产生的旋转磁场相互作用而产生脉动转矩,导致电机堵转时,转子产生震荡对电机起动的影响很大。据此情况,详细介绍了起动过程中的转矩、堵转时的转矩以及堵转转矩的测量,为堵转转矩的精准测量提供了一定的参考依据。
Pulsating torque is generated by interaction between static magnetic field pro- duced by rotor permanent magnets and rotating magnetic field produced by stator windings in a- synchronous starting permanent-magnet synchronous motor, it results in great impact on motor starting because of the oscillation produced by the locked rotor. This paper introduces measure- ments for starting torque, and locked-rotor torque in detail, it can provide certain reference for accurate measurement of locked-rotor torque.
