超声心动图评价三尖瓣环运动的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 右心室功能评价在各类心脏疾病诊疗中的作用越来越受到关注和重视,但由于右心室结构的不规则,给右心室功能评估带来困难。纵观国内外文献,与其他技术相比,超声心动图测量三尖瓣环运动与右心室功能指标相关性较高,是评价右心功能的一种简便、快速、准确的方法,尤其随着超声心动图技术的发展为三尖瓣环运动的分析评价开拓了新思路、新方法,其中,M型超声多被用于测量三尖瓣环位移,二维、三维超声用于评价三尖瓣环直径、面积、形状的变化,组织多普勒显像技术可以测量心动周期不同阶段三尖瓣环运动速度,斑点追踪技术能够记录位移和速度等多项指标。 Evaluation of right ventricular (RV) function in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease is being got more and more attention. But it takes difficulties to measure RV function because of RV irregular structure. From domestic and foreign liter- ature, tricuspid annular motion evaluated by echocardiography is more correlated with right ventricular function parameter com- pared with by other technologies. And echocardiography is a simple, fast and accurate index evaluating RV function. Especially, the development of echocardiographic technology brings new ideas and methods to assess the tricuspid annular motion. For exam- ple, tricuspid annular displacement is measured by M-mode echocardiography, annular diameter, area and shape are measured by two-or three-dimensional echocardiography, velocities in cardiac cycle are measured by tissue Doppler imaging, and indexes such as displacement and velocity are recorded by speckle-tracking imaging.
