摘要
对2型糖尿病痰瘀互结证动物模型制备方法及评价标准进行归纳,分析出4种常用的复制方法,总结出合理且易于控制的模型制备方法。通过大鼠的生物表征和理化指标两方面对模型进行评价。希望今后能统一此类模型的复制方法和评价标准,以更好地为研究此类疾病提供优质的动物实验模型。
Through inducing the preparation method and evaluation criterion for preparation of mellitus of phlegm-stasis cementation syndrome type in type-2 diabetes, four commonly used replication method are analyzed and a reasonable and easily-controlled method is summarized. By evaluating models from two aspects of biological characterization and physical and chemical indicators of rats, such models＇ replication methods and judgment criterions are hoped to be harmonized, for the purpose of supplementing the study of such disease with high quality eXperimental animal models.
