摘要
研究旨在分析巴克夏猪和湘村黑猪正反交后代的胴体及肉质性状特性,为探索以湘村黑猪新品种开展杂交利用,以及能否开展巴克夏猪和湘村黑猪杂交系持续选育提供依据。试验通过正交试验(巴克夏♂×湘村黑猪♀)和反交试验(湘村黑猪♂×巴克夏♀)分别获得巴湘猪和湘巴猪群体。在此基础上,按照一致的饲养条件,饲养到95 kg,屠宰湘村黑猪、湘巴猪和巴湘猪各6头,测定胴体和肉质性状共计21个指标。结果表明,正反交组合巴湘猪和湘巴猪均表现出了良好的胴体品质和优良的肉质特性,所测各类指标均与湘村黑猪没有显著差异。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of reciprocal cross with Berkshire and Xiangcun black pig on the carcass and meat traits of the offsprings,and provides a basis for the breeding of hybrid system.By means of orthogonal（Berkshire ♂ ×Xiangcun black pig ♀,BX pig） and reciprocal cross（Xiangcun black pig♂×Berkshire♀,XB pig）,study acquired BX pig and XB pigs respectively.And 21 carcass and meat traits of Xiangcun black pig,BX pig,XB pig which slaughtered at weight of 95 kg were analyzed respectively.Results showed that the BX pigs and XB pigs have good carcass traits and meat quality,and there is no significant differences in most of checked items between BX,XB pig and Xiangcun black pig.
