Establishment of animal model for a miniature implantable left ventricular assist device

摘要 目的尝试建立适合国产置入式心室辅助装置的动物模型,探讨适合所选实验动物的麻醉管理,规范可置入式左心室辅助装置(IVAD)置入手术流程和术后护理、尸解流程。方法实验动物选用绵羊,进行国产“同心IVAD”的在体存活实验。将心室辅助装置在实验羊心脏不停跳情况下置入实验动物胸腔,采用左心尖到降主动脉方式辅助。结果共完成23例动物在体实验,16例存活超过15天,12例超过30天。结论成功建立适合国产IVAD置入的羊动物模型,提高了置入实验存活率,延长了存活时间。 Objective To establish animal models for implantable ventricular assist device in our country, explore anes- thesia management for selected experimental animals, standardize the surgical process for IVAD and the nursing and autopsy criteria. Methods Sheep were chosen as experimental animals for in vivo implantation of domestic "TongXin IVAD". The VADs were implanted into the chest of animal models without stopping the beating hearts. Bypass of blood flow were built up from left ventricular apex to descending aorta. Results 23 cases succeeded in total, 16 cases survived over 15 days and 12 survived more than 30 days. Conclusion Sheep models suitable for implantation of domestic IVAD were successfully estab- lished, and the survival rate and time were improved.
