摘要
温度控制技术在现代工业领域起着十分重要的作用。其中,水温控制系统在电力、化工领域应用广泛。该文设计一个基于PID闭环控制的远程水温控制系统。该系统通过电桥电路将温度传感器接入电路.电桥的输出信号经过运算放大器放大,放大后的模拟信号经过数字采集卡转换为数字信号传人计算机。计算机对采集的信号进行分析处理后,发出反馈信号。反馈信号通过数字采集卡的DO口输出,控制光电隔离电路,进而控制继电器的通断,控制电炉的工作状态.实验的结果表明该系统具有稳定性好、可靠性高等优点。
The temperature control technology in the feld of modem industry plays a very important role. Among them, the wa- ter temperature control system has been widely applied in the field of electric power, chemical industry. This paper designed a re- mote water temperature control syst,m based on PID closed-loop control. Through a bridge circuit ,the system will be connected to the circuit temperature sensor. The output signal of the bridge circuit is enlarged through the operational amplifier. The ana- log signal after enlarging is converted to a digital signal through digital acquisition card into the computer. After processing sam- pled signal, the computer produces feedback signal. Feedback signal outputs through the DO of digital acquisition card. And the signal controls photoelectric isolating circuit, which control relay on-off, controlling the working state of the furnace. The experi- mental results show that the system has advantages of great stability and high reliability.
