摘要
目的探讨血液标本采集中存在的护理缺陷的原因并提出有效的改进措施。方法回顾性分析该站2016年1—5月的33 215例血液标本,分析血液标本采集中57例存在护理缺陷的原因,结合原因提出有效的改进方法。结果对该次33 215例血液标本进行分析,在57例有护理缺陷的血液标本中信息不准确或不完整30例(52.6%)是该次采血护理缺陷的主要原因,标本质量缺陷15例(26.3%)是该次采血护理缺陷的次要原因。结论强化采血护士对标准操作规程及实践培训是改进血液标本采集护理的重要措施,优化调整排班,建立缺陷标本沟通和反馈途径,并持续改进,是保证标本质量,降低缺陷发生率的重要途径。
Objective To investigate the blood samples were collected in the presence of nursing defects and puts forward some effective measures for improvement. Methods A retrospective analysis of the station from January to may, in 2016 the mc33215 cases of blood samples. Analysis blood samples were collected in the existence of 57 cases of nursing defects reasons, combining the reason put forward the effective improvement method. Results We analyze the mc33215 cases of blood samples, in 57 cases with blood specimens of nursing defects of inaccurate information or incomplete in 30 cases（52.6%）was the main reason for the blood of nursing defects, specimen quality defects in 15 cases（26.3%） is the blood of nursing defects secondary causes. Conclusion Strengthen nurses collecting blood samples of standard operating procedures and practice training is important measures of enhancing nursing of collected blood, adjusting the schedule optimization, established defect specimens communication and feedback channels, and continuous improvement is to ensure the quality of specimens, reduce defective rate of important path.
