摘要
目的分析Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗期间护理干预的方法与应用价值。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年1月期间该院收治的80例Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机表方法进行分组,对照组、观察组中分别纳入40例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施术前、术中、术后全方位护理配合。对比观察两组患者在不同护理方法干预下根管治疗后疼痛情况以及并发症发生率的差异。结果观察组、对照组患者经Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗后均成功疏通根管,根管治疗完成后相关症状均明显缓解或完全消失。观察组患者行Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗期间并发症总发生率为5.00%(2/40),显著低于对照组27.50%(11/40)(P<0.05)。观察组患者行Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗期间急性反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),显著低于对照组25.00%(10/40)(P<0.05)。结论在Pro Taper机用锉行后牙根管再治疗期间,加强术前、术中、术后全方位护理配合,能够确保患者根管疏通效果,对降低各类并发症发生率以及急性反应发生率均有确切意义。

Observation group underwent Pro Taper rotary file row during root canal after retreatment acute reaction rate was 5.00%（2/40）, significantly lower than the control group, 25.00%（10/40）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pro Taper rotary file row during root canal after retreatment, to strengthen the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care with comprehensive, it is possible to ensure that patients root canal dredging effect on reducing the incidence of all kinds of complications and acute reaction rates have exact meaning.
