摘要
目的分析内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗上消化道肿瘤护理效果。方法随机选取从2012年1月—2016年1月收治的100例行内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗上消化道肿瘤,随机分为对照组(50例)与护理组(50例),对照组采取常规护理,护理组采取护理干预,比较两组手术指征、手术成功率以及并发症。结果护理组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组手术成功率为100.00%,对照组为92.00%,护理组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理组并发症发生率为6.00%,对照组为20.00%,护理组低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对行内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗上消化道肿瘤患者,采取有效护理干预,可缩短住院时间,提高手术成功率,减少并发症。
Objective To analysis of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of upper digestive tract tumor.Methods Random selected from January 2012 — January 2016 100 cases of endoscopic submucosal dissection in upper digestive tract cancer, were randomly divided to control group（50 cases） and nursing group（50 cases） and routine nursing care was taken in control group and nursing group take nursing intervention, compared two groups of surgical indications,surgical success rate and complications.Results Nursing groups in operation time, hospitalization time is shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Nursing operative successful rate was 100.00%, 92.00% in the control group, nursing group higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Groups of nursing complication rate of 6.00% and 20.00% in control group,nursing group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection In the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer, taking effective nursing care, can shorten the hospital stay, improve the success rate of surgery, reduce complications.
