摘要
国务院颁布的《关于积极推进"互联网+"行动的指导意见》和教育部等三部门联合印发的《关于加强新时期中小学图书馆建设与应用工作的意见》是互联网+农村中小学图书馆建设、管理与应用的风向标。论文尝试构建农村中小学智慧图书馆资源共建共享的云服务体系,并对其资源共建共享的绩效进行评估,以期促进其快速转型和发展。
＂ Guidelines on Positively Advancing ＇ Internet Plus＇ Action＂ issued by the State Council of China, and ＂Opinions on Strengthening the Construction and Application of Libraries in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era＂ issued by the Ministry of Education and other three departments are the wind vane for the establishment, management and application of “Internet Plus” libraries in rural primary and secondary schools. This paper tries to explore how to establish cloud service system of smart libraries in rural primary and secondary schools, and evaluate its performance in terms of resources co -construction and sharing, so as to speed up the libraries’ transformation and development.
