摘要
全媒体对于高职院校的师生正产生越来越显著的影响,给高职院校教师提出了全新的挑战。高职教师应转变角色,具备教育研究与课程开发能力、创新创造能力、较强的社会服务能力和"双师型"跨界能力,从而引领职业教育潮流。
Omni-media ishaving more and more significant influence on students and teachers in higher vocational colleges,and it is a new challenge forhigher vocational teachers. Hence,the teachers can lead the trend of modern vocational education only by adjusting their roles,withthe ability of innovation and creation,with greater ability of public service andcross-disciplinary as well as the ability of teaching research and curriculum development.
