摘要
文章设计了一种刹车片厚度探测装置,阐述了其设计原理、装置制作方法及使用条件。本装置结构简单,易实现小型化,节能省电,便于安装,可用于对刹车片厚度范围的探测,增强汽车自主安全性。目前国内外汽车上还没有该项功能,因此具有比较广阔的推广应用前景。
In this paper,a device was designed to detect the thickness of brake pad. The basic principle of thickness detecting, the fabrication of the divice and it’s service conditions are described. This device has a simple construction, it is easy to realize miniaturization,it is an energy saving device, and it is easy to install. It can enhance active safety of automobile by be used to detect the thickness range of the brake pad. There haven＇t the function of detecting the brake pad thickness in automobile at present. So, it have wide application prospects.
