摘要
文章基于BOSCH+ME7发动机管理系统PWM风扇控制逻辑,提出了一种降低整车油耗及噪声的标定试验方法。该方法通过对BOSCH+ME7发动机管理系统PWM风扇控制逻辑的研究,调整不同工况下输出的PWM风扇占空比,并与两级电子风扇进行比较,使匹配PWM风扇的车型达到节油和降噪的目的。
The paper proposes a calibration method which can reduce the fuel consumption and noise of thevehicle,basing on PWM fan control logic of BOSCH+ME7 engine management system. Thismethod through the study of PWM control logic BOSCH+ME7 engine management system,adjustthe output of the PWM duty cycle fan under different working conditions, andcomparing with two levels of electronic fan,make matching PWM fan models to achieve thepurpose of fuel-efficient and noise reduction.
