摘要
互联网的迅猛发展使得媒介一体化的趋势愈加明显,媒介融合这一新形势对媒体从业者的素质提出了更高要求,新闻传播专业人才的培养理念和教学模式也随之发生了深刻的变革。针对现今实验教学中课程安排融合度低、师资力量薄弱及教学模式障碍等不足,提出学生参与、开发信息化平台及创新实战平台等举措,以期为全媒体时代复合型人才的培养提供一些有益的帮助。
Along with the rapid development of internet, the trend of media integration becomes more obvious. The new situation of media convergence sets up a higher standard of personal qualities for the journalists. At the same time, the ideas on news communication talents cultivation and news teaching modes are changing profoundly. Targeting to change the deficiencies of today's media education, poor course arrangement, less qualified teachers and imperfect teaching mode, this paper provides some advice on student participation as well as development of information platform and innovative actual combat platform, aiming to cultivate versatile talents in this all-in-one media age.
