摘要
个性化教育是使受教育者在宽松愉悦的环境中,激发自身的特质与潜能,并内化为其实现人生价值的不竭源泉。个性化教育的本质是尊重人与身俱来的差异性,让每个人都有人生出彩机会。班主任是所在班级学生的管理者和引领者,应当爱护学生、了解学生、欣赏学生、信任学生,才会赢得学生的敬重和爱戴,从而为营造良好的班级工作氛围,提高工作质量打好基础。
Personalized education is to enable the educated in a relaxed and pleasant environment,to stimulate their characteristics and potential,and to realize the value of life as an inexhaustible source.The essence of personalized education is to respect the differences of human innate nature,so that everyone has the opportunity to the color of life.Headmaster is the manager and leader of the students in the class.The teacher in charge should take good care of the students,understand the students,appreciate the students and trust the students,abiding by these ways the teachers will win the respect and love of students.Then we can create a good working atmosphere,improve the work quality of the teacher in charge to lay the foundation.
