摘要
针对连铸坯毛刺去不净的行业性技术难题,本文系统分析了现有去毛刺机的技术缺陷,并基于毛刺切削阻力和脆断能耗机理研究,提出了旋转打击式去毛刺新方法,创新设计了分体焊接式旋转轴,并利用有限元仿真软件进行了旋转轴模态分析,验证了去毛刺机设计的合理性。新型旋转打击式去毛刺机投用后,设备运行稳定可靠,故障率低,铸坯去毛刺率得到大幅度提升。
For the industry technical problems of continuous casting billet hard to burr clean, this paper analyzes the existing deburring machine technical defects. Based on the research of the burr cutting resistance and energy consumption mechanism of brittle fracture, this paper puts forward a rotary percussion type deburring method, and creatively designs fission welding type rotating shaft of screw, and uses the finite element simulation software on the modal analysis of rotation axis, and verifies the rationality of deburring machine design. After the cast of the new type of rotary percussion machine, the equipment is so stable and reliable that the failure rate is low. The slab de- burring rate has been greatly enhanced.
