摘要
双侧式叶轮取料机是环保原料场缝隙式条形料仓的一种核心取料装备,而取料量是保证其正常生产最重要的技术指标。分析了传统经验公式计算方法的不足,通过对叶轮取料机叶片取料过程详细解析,开发了基于微积分原理的精确计算模型,并运用该计算模型与现场生产数据和外商样本资料数据进行计算对比,验证了该模型的准确性。
Both-sides impeller feeder is one of the core feeding equipment for the slotted rectangular silo in the environmental and friendly material yard, and the feeding capacity is the most important technical parameter which ensures normal production. This paper analyzes the defects of the traditional empirical formula, develops the accurate calculation model based on calculus theory, by analyzing the motion of impeller feeder. In the end, the model is proved being right by comparing the calculation data with the engineering data and the foreign product sam- ple data.
