摘要 社交媒体用户越来越多地参与健康传播,产生了积极作用,但也存在伦理失范行为。健康传播应遵循健康不伤害、严谨求实、善良仁爱、通俗适用等伦理原则。媒体应主动借助主管部门、运行机构、用户、大众等主体力量,通过强化用户自律意识、增强平台监管效能、培育公众媒介素养、提高伦理失范成本等途径强化健康传播的伦理责任和控制,共同推动其良性发展。 Social media users increasingly participate in the health communication, which plays a positive role as well as causes ethical anomie. Health communication should comply with several ethical principles such as non-maleficence, preciseness and realism, kindness and benevolence, popular expression and applicability and so on. It is suggested that the media should use the principal force of the competent department, operating organiza-tion, user, and the public. Meanwhile, it should strengthen ethical responsibility and control of health communica-tion and jointly promote the healthy development by strengthening self-discipline consciousness of users, impro-ving the supervision efficiency of the platform, cultivating media literacy of the public, and raising cost of ethical anomie.
