摘要
本软件采用加权综合评价法定量评估项目决策和实施阶段的工程项目管理。软件为工程项目管理的设计、施工等6个指标建立测算方法,解决实体评估。实体评估标准是建立实测实量验收规范为基础的工序清单计分规范,实体评估子目带有时间参数且量纲一致便于加权。将实体评估通过组织架构的权重分配,计算出考评对象在实测实量状态和标准状态得分,两者比值即为绩效评估,绩效评估是一个随机抽取的计算模型。这种评估方法解决了国标施工质量实测实量验收规范分散、不系统、评估不彻底的问题,以及实体评估与绩效评估两张皮问题,也可精准历史地评估考评对象,网络点击,实时查询。计算模型和工序清单计分规范是软件核心。
This soft adopts the method of weighting comprehensive estimation to estimate the engineering project management（ EPM） in decision making stage and execution stage. The soft sets differ survey ways for the six indications of the EPM to solve the real entity evaluation（ REE）. The standard of REE is to formulate the Chinese construction standard entity measuring scores ways into the procedure bill scoring code. The sub-project code of REE has the parameter of time and the same dimension in order to weight.Allocating the REE weighting through the operation can calculate the entity measuring scores and standard scores,and the ratio of them is the performance evaluation（ PE）. The PE is the calculation model of stochastic counting. This evaluation way is to solve the problems of national measuring scores standard,such as scattering,non-system or not completely,which has also solved the disjointing problem between the REE and the PE. You can estimate the objects in history and accurately,linking web,monitoring or inquiring real-timely. The counting model and the procedure list scoring code are the core of the soft.
