摘要
实验动物在疫苗研发和生产过程中承担极其重要的作用。但在疫苗研发和生产过程许多实验动物受到了伤害和痛苦,甚至丧失生命,这与实验动物伦理的基本原则相冲突,与尊重和善待生命的宗旨相矛盾。对于疫苗研发和生产与实验动物所引发的矛盾,可通过以下途径与方法来缓和与化解:遵循3R原则,科学、人道地实验;切实保障实验动物的"五大自由";完善实验动物伦理规范与法律制度;充分发挥伦理委员会保护实验动物的作用;共享动物实验数据。以此实现疫苗研究与伦理道德文明同步、协调、和谐发展。
Laboratory animals are crucial to vaccine research and production, but vaccine research and production can cause pain, suffering, and even death to animals. Research and production are inevitably in conflict with ethical concerns about laboratory animals, as well as with the tenet to respect and treat living things well. To mitigate these conflicts, it is necessary to present some approaches and strategies： following the 3R principle with conducting experiments scientifically and humanely; ensuring the ＂five kinds of freedom＂ of laboratory animals ; improving ethical norms and legal system ; fully playing the role of ethical committees to protect animal; and sharing animal experimental data. With this approach we could achieve harmony between biomedicine research and ethical morality.
