摘要
在各大恶性肿瘤中,食管癌的发病率和死亡率在全世界排第十位,在我国排第四位。临床上,食管癌早期无吞咽困难等典型症状,其早期诊断较困难。在内镜技术发展的推动下,其内镜诊断方式呈现多样化。充分认识不同内镜技术下食管早期癌的形态特点,对消化科医师来说十分必要,这在很大程度上可提高其检出率和诊断率。
Esophageal cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the digestive tract ,and the incidence and mortality is in the first place in China .In clinic ,the manifestation of the early esophageal cancer is lack of typical symptoms ,such as dysphagia .when the patients to see doctor ,the most are in the middle or late stage , losing of the opportunity to treat ,so the early diagnosis is difficult .In recent years ,with the development of en-doscopic technology ,the diagnosis of early esophageal carcinoma and precancerous lesions is diversified .For di-gestive department doctors ,being fully understand of morphological characteristics of early esophageal carcinoma with different endoscopic techniques ,can improve the detection rate and diagnosis rate obviously .In this article , we reviewed the related literatures about endoscopic diagnosis of early esophageal cancer ,describing the charac-teristics and performance of early esophageal carcinoma in different endoscopy .As following .
