摘要 目的探讨预制侧胸扩张皮肤在手背瘢痕挛缩治疗中的应用。方法选取2010年1月至2014年9月沈阳军区总医院收治的21例大面积烧伤后手背瘢痕挛缩患者,应用侧胸皮肤扩张技术预制"多余"皮肤,扩张后的皮肤制备成全厚皮片植于手背瘢痕切除后创面。结果手背植皮皮片成活率约97%,术后皮片收缩低于中厚植皮,且远期效果良好。结论利用预制侧胸扩张皮肤制备成全厚皮片治疗手背瘢痕挛缩时,供区瘢痕隐蔽,所得皮肤质地良好,是一种安全可靠的方法。 Objective To explore the method of prepared side-of-chest skin in curing patients with cicatricial contracture on dorsum of hand. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 21 cases of patients with large-area burn cicatricial contracture on their dorsum of hand received in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region from January 2010 to September 2014. The"superfluous"skin was prepared using the side-of-chest skin expansion technology to use the expanded skin being prepared into full-thickness free skin graft to cover on the wound surface caused by excision of scar. Results The survival rate of free skin graft covered on the dorsum of hand was about 97%,and the postoperative shrinkage of the skin graft was lower than that of the split-thickness skin graft,long-term effect was desirable. Conclusion It is a safe and reliable method to prepare full-thickness free skin graft using the side-of-chest skin expansion technology to cure burn patients with cicatricial contracture on dorsum of hand with concealed scar at the skin donor site and the skin texture is good.
