摘要
跨文化沟通的障碍问题首先基于文化的多层复杂性,其内核在于思维方式的差异,主要表现为沟通中理解的谬误与偏差。跨文化沟通的障碍问题在实际情境中纷繁复杂、具体而微,若要预先设置有效的处理机制,需要对基本应对原则深入把握。这些基本的应对原则应坚持人文立场,考察人与文化之间的深层互构关系,以人与人、文化与文化之间的和谐共进为目标。这些原则应包括"尊异"的多元平等原则、"趋通"的互惠共享原则、"互根"的互换重构原则。
The barrier of intercultural communication lies in the multilevel complication of culture, which origi- nates from the difference of thinking patterns and embodies in the errors and misunderstanding in communicative in- terpretation. Due to the complexion and complication of the barrier of intercultural communication, its countermeas- ure requires a thorough understanding of the fundamental principle, which emphasizes the humanity, the interaction between human and its culture, the harmony among human beings and among human cultures. This paper proposes that the core principle cover the principle of＂ respecting diversity＂, the principle of＂ integrating and interacting＂ and the principle ofreconstructing culture with the highlight of other cultural origins.
