摘要
为解决丁宁发抢、接抢及相持初段后移,3、5拍和4、6拍衔接步法移动慢的问题,明确第7、8拍的优、劣势,通过文献资料调研、专家咨询、对比分析等方法,根据丁宁技、战术的个性化特征,在传统3段指标法的基础上,提出了丁宁乒乓球个性化3段指标法。具体为:将第1、3、5拍归为发抢段,指标包括开局、中局和尾局中,发球的站位、旋转、落点,第3拍和第5拍技术、位置及落点;将第2、4、6拍归为接抢段,指标包括开局、中局和尾局中,接发球的击球站位、技术、落点,第4拍和第6拍技术、位置及落点;将第7拍之后归为相持段,指标包括开局、中局和尾局中,第7、8拍及第8拍以后技术、位置及落点。该方法能够更好地提炼出丁宁技、战术衔接的优、劣势,有利于教练员和运动员进行针对性的专项训练,满足了乒乓球运动员个性化技、战术特点的实践需求。

The study adopted literature review, expert sur- vey and comparative analysis and put forward the specific three-stage index method on the ba- sis of the traditional one, according to Ding＇ s individual playing features. It concludes thatl） The first, third, fifth stroke together is considered the stage of attack after service, and the in- dexes cover the positioning, spin, and placement when at service; the techniques, positioning and placement of the third and fifth stroke during the beginning, middle and ending game. 2 ） The second, fourth and sixth stroke together is considered the stage of attack after receive, and the indexes cover the positioning, techniques, and placement when at receive; the techniques, positioning and placement of the fourth and sixth stroke during the beginning, middle and end- ing game. 3） After the seventh stroke is considered the rally stage, and the indexes cover the techniques, positioning and placement on the seventh, eighth and after stroke during the begin, middle and ending game. Conclusion：This method can extract Ding＇s strengths and weaknes- ses in her technical linking, which helps the coach and player conduct the specific training and better satisfy the needs of individual features of the player.
