摘要
船舶产品质量是船舶生产企业的生命线。产品质量过程控制好与坏直接关乎公司生产进度、生产成本,以及影响公司经济效益和企业形象。本文以某船厂在建船舶误切纵骨现象为案例,对该事故的事情经过、可能的原因、造成的严重后果以及对事故的处理意见进行了分析研究,并提出管理思考。同时,可借鉴该事故案例改进发现问题、分析问题、协调问题、解决问题的方式方法。供造船生产管理参考。
The ship product quality is the lifeline of the ship manufacturing enterprise. The product quality process control is good or bad, which is directly related to the company＇s production schedule, production costs, as well as the impact of the company＇s economic benefits and corporate image. In this paper, taking the incorrect cutting the longitudinal bone in a shipyard as an example, the process of the accident, the possible causes, the serious consequences of the accident and the handling of the accident are analyzed and studied. It can be used for reference to improve the methods of finding, analyzing coordinating and solving problems, which offers reference for shipbuilding production management.
