摘要
目的探讨延续性护理措施对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者康复期的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月-2015年3月收治的180例CHF患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各90例。2组患者均给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,对照组在住院期间给予心内科常规护理,观察组住院期间给予和对照组相同的护理,出院后则实施延续性护理计划。1年后比较2组患者心功能分级、心脏彩色多普勒超声检查结果、六分钟步行试验、生活质量评分。结果观察组心功能情况、每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、六分钟步行试验结果与生活质量评分均明显好于对照组。结论延续性护理计划对改善CHF患者心脏功能、增加心脏泵血及提高患者生活质量有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the continuity of care measures on the rehabilitation of chronic heart failure（CHF）patients.Methods A total of 180 CHF patients admitted between April 2012 and March 2015 were divided into an observation group（n=90）and a control group（n = 90）,according to a random number table.Both groups were given the conventional therapy and nursing during hospitalization,while the observation group was additionally provided with continuity of care after discharge.One year later,cardiac functional grading,color Doppler ultrasound of heart,six-minute walking test（SMWT）and life quality were conducted for both groups.Results After a year of continuity of care,significant improvement was observed in the heart function,stroke volume of echocardiography,left ventricular ejection fraction and life quality of the observation group than the control group.Conclusions Continuity of care can help to improve heart function,heart pumping and life quality of CHF patients.
