摘要
目的:观察骨碎补散对桡骨远端骨折经掌侧接骨板内固定术治疗患者术后骨折愈合时间及功能恢复的影响。方法:选取我院2014年9月至2016年1月期间收治的经影像学检查确诊为桡骨远端骨折的患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。两组均行经掌侧接骨板内固定术,观察组加用骨碎补散治疗。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行术后疼痛评分,术后进行为期6个月的随访,了解两组患者骨折愈合时间、握力(患侧/健侧)及患侧腕关节活动度,并评估两组临床治疗效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组术后VAS评分(1.70±0.55)分显著较低(P<0.05),骨折愈合时间(10.36±1.61)周显著较短(P<0.05),患侧握力/健侧握力(82.10±3.41)%显著较高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前患侧腕关节活动度比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患侧腕关节活动度(背伸度、掌屈度、桡偏度、尺偏度、旋后度、旋前度)均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者患侧腕关节活动度提高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组优良率为97.62%显著高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。结论:骨碎补散有助于促进桡骨远端骨折经掌侧接骨板内固定术治疗患者术后骨折愈合及功能恢复,对增强整体治疗效果有重要的临床价值。
Objective： To explore the effects of Gusuibu Powder on postoperative fracture healing time and functional recovery of patients with distal radial fracture via palmer bone fracture plate internal fixation. Methods： 84 patients with distal radial fracture diagnosed by imaging examination in our hospital from September 2014 to January 2016 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group（ each group had 42cases）. Two groups underwent via palmer bone fracture plate internal fixation,the observation group added Gusuibu Powder. Visual analogue scale（ VAS） was used to score postoperative pain,all patients were followed up for 6 months after the operation to understand fracture healing time,the power of gripping（ affected side/uninjured side） and wrist movement on stability of affected side,clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were evaluated. Results： Compared with those in the controlled group,postoperative VAS score（ 1. 70 ± 0. 55） score in the observa-tion group was significantly lower（ P〈0. 05）,fracture healing time（ 10. 36 ± 1. 61） weeks was significantly shorter（ P〈0. 05）,the power of gripping of affected side / the power of gripping of uninjured side（ 82. 10 ± 3. 41） % were significantly higher（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in wrist movement on stability of affected side before the treatment in the two groups（ P〉0. 05）,wrist movement on stability of affected side（ dorsiflexion,palmar flexion,radial deviation,ulnar deviation,pronation,supination） after the treatment in the two groups were significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,rising range of wrist movement on stability of affected side in the observation group were significantly greater than the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. Excellent rate of the observation group was 97. 62%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group（ 83. 33%）（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Gusuibu Powder is helpful to promote postoperative fracture heal
