摘要
目的:观察地黄益智方治疗帕金森病痴呆(PDD)患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:共收集60例PDD患者,随机分为30例治疗组和30例对照组,所有患者均在服用帕金森病药物的基础上,予以盐酸多奈哌齐片,每次5mg,每天1次口服,同时治疗组在此基础上加用地黄益智方,每次1袋,每天2次口服,两组均治疗6个月。治疗前后进行简易智能量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment,MOCA)、AD评定量表认知部分(ADAS-Cog)、日常生活活动量表(ADL)、中医症状积分量表测评。结果:两组治疗后MMSE、MOCA升高,ADAS-Cog、ADL、中医症状积分降低,与本组治疗前相比较,MMSE、MOCA、ADAS-Cog、ADL评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组变化更明显(P<0.01),对照组中医症状积分改善不明显,而治疗组积分下降显著。两组患者血、尿、粪、肝肾功能及心电图等安全性指标治疗前后的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地黄益智方对PDD患者疗效肯定。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Dihuang Yizhi Formula for Parkinson Disease with dementia. Methods： 60 PDD patients were randomized into controlled group of 30 cases and treatment group of 30 cases. On the basis of the treatment of PD,the Donepezil was given to both groups 5mg per time,once daily. Dihuang Yizhi Formula was added to the treatment group with a bag each time,twice a day. The treatment lasted for 6months. The clinical effect was observed through MMSE,MOCA,ADAS-Cog,ADL,scores of Chinese medical symptoms before and after the treatment. Results： After the treatment,the scores of MMSE,MOCA were significantly increased,while the scores of ADAS-Cog,ADL,scores of Chinese medical symptoms decreased in both groups（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,there was significant different in MMSE,MOCA,ADAS-Cog,ADL,compared with the controlled group. The scores of Chinese medical symptoms was no significant different in the controlled group,while the treatment group was decreased obviously. There was no significant different in blood routine,urine,stool routine,liver function,renal function and cardiogram after the treatment in both groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Dihuang Yizhi Formula is effective for Parkinson Disease.
