摘要
分析并指出对图书馆历史名人的职业道德精神的传承与创新在高校图书馆职业道德建设中具有重大意义。建议通过道德体验模式内化职业道德观,从而达到规范和引领高校图书馆员职业行为的目的。
The author analyzes the significance of inheriting and innovating the library history celebrities＇ professional ethics in professional ethics construction of university library, and suggests that the university library should apply the moral experience model to internalize the professional morality so as to achieve the goal of regulating and guiding university librarian professional deed.
