摘要
竞争日益激烈的今天,矿山企业文化是矿山企业赖以生存的手段。企业间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争,特别是近期严峻的钢材市场形势给黑色矿山企业带来极大的生存发展挑战,企业文化建设的作用极为重要。本文通过对矿山企业文化的作用进行分析,明确认识矿山企业文化在企业中无形、潜在的力量,探讨了企业文化建设在提高矿山企业生存能力和促进企业发展中的作用以及建设途径。
In an increasingly competitive today, the mining enterprise culture is a means of mining enterprises survival. Competition among enterprises is increasingly reflected in the culture of competition, in particular the recent severe market conditions to the black steel mining enterprises bring great challenges of survival and development, the role of corporate culture is extremely important.
