摘要
为探讨壳聚糖(CTS)对玉米幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,采用水培方法,用不同浓度(0、1、2、3、4、5g/L)的CTS溶液分别处理玉米幼苗.结果表明:不同浓度CTS处理后,玉米幼苗株高、根长、鲜重与干重显著增加,叶片中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白与可溶性糖含量、NR(硝酸还原酶)活力及幼苗根系活力与对照相比显著增加.说明CTS处理对玉米幼苗的生长具有促进效应,其中以3g/L CTS处理效果最好.
The research was carried out to study the effects of five different concentration(0,1,2,3,4,5 g/L)on seedling growth and physiological characteristics of maize with the hydroponic method. The results indicated that application of CTS on the leaves significantly increased the length of shoot and root, the weight of fresh and dry, while the content of chloro- phyll and soluble proteins and sugar, and the root vigor and nitrate reductase activity were significantly increased(P〈0.01). These results showed that CTS can effectively promote of mazie and the effect of 3 g/L CTS was optimal.
