摘要
应用空间解析几何分析得出,纺纱时在钢领上的钢丝圈平面MJA通过点A——钢丝圈与钢领接触点,在坐标平面上画出迹线Au、Aw、Av。线Au在水平面上,则钢丝圈外脚超前;Aw在切平面上,则钢丝圈整体前倾;Av在垂直平面上,则钢丝圈外脚下沉。钢丝圈外脚下沉实质上是钢丝圈外倾,它导致钢丝圈外脚尖与钢领颈壁的间隙减小、甚至碰擦。钢丝圈外倾伴随着钢丝圈质心高度下降,分析力三角形到完成动态图,可列出钢丝圈外倾角τ′和质心纵坐标a的计算式,进而解出钢丝圈质心位置角δ和其它参数,在实用上钢丝圈外倾角τ′必须远离τ′m,为此我们须注意圈径A0M0的取值。
By solid analytical geometry obtain,The traveler-plane MJA on ring during spinning pass through point A contacted by traveler with ring, and draw out a path-line u, w, v on coordinate plane correspondingly. On the ring plane the line u denotes the outside edge of traveler must lead the inside edge; On the tangentical plane the line w denotes forward-tilting of whole body of the traveler. On the axial plane the line v denotes drop down of outside toe of the traveler. With it there is virtually a outward-tilting of the traveler, and resulting in clearance de- creasing between traveler and ring, even to crash each other. The outward-tilting of the traveler accompany with lower mass centre. By analysis force-triangle to finish kinetic-form diagram can to list formula for outward-tilting angle τ′ and vertical coordinate a of mass-centre. Put it into formula(6)derived from mechanic analysis,Could find the position angle δ of mass-centre and other parameter. On practice, the outward-tilting angle τ′ should be more less than τ′m,so we must pay a attention to select the magnitude of line AoMo.
