摘要
结合国网内蒙古东部电力有限公司电力科学研究院近期承担的"通让铁路电气化改造工程西辽河、宝龙山牵引变电所电能质量评估"项目,介绍1种电气化铁路电能质量预测评估方法,该方法基于电力系统分析综合程序(PSASP),对不同工况下牵引站负荷接入系统后公共连接点(PCC)处各项电能质量指标进行仿真分析,同时对牵引站接入点处的系统变电站进行电能质量背景谐波测试,综合两部分内容进行预测评估,得到电气化铁路对整体电网的影响。考虑牵引站接入点同时接入风电场,研究了电气化铁路接入对周边风电场稳定性的影响。
Combined with the project power quality assessment of Tong- Rang railway electrification reconstruction project of Xiliaohe, Baolongshan traction stations, which isundertook by Electric Power Research Institute of State Grid East Inner Mongolia ElectricPower Company Limited recently, this paper introduces a power quality forecast assessmentmethod based on power system analysis software package(PSASP), simulations areperformed to analyze various power quality indexes of the point of common coupling(PCC)under different working conditions with traction loads station accessing to the system, thenthe power quality background test are performed for the substations of the traction stationaccess point, the influence of electrified railway on the whole grid is found according tothe above two aspects. Considering wind farm access to the same PCC of traction station,the wind farm stability is studied after electrified railway access to the system.
