622.5MW亚临界火电机组主蒸汽再热蒸汽管道水压试验支吊点应力研究

摘要 对一台622.5 MW亚临界机组主蒸汽、再热蒸汽及高低压旁路管道进行应力计算,并分析比较了热态、冷态及水压试验工况下支吊架受力以及设计结构荷载。研究结果表明:主蒸汽、再热蒸汽及旁路管道在水压试验工况下部分支吊架荷载由于水重影响增加较多,考虑到临时加固较为复杂,焊缝质量检测最好通过100%无损探伤完成;刚性支吊架设计时不宜考虑水压工况水重;若需进行水压试验,支吊架应根据水压工况与结构荷载并结合厂家提供的弹簧锁定工况承重荷载来综合考虑采取加固措施。 Stress analysis has been taken for the main steam, reheat steam and the bypass piping and the comparison also has been made among the work, cold and hydraulic pressure test condition, including the structure load. The conclusion of the study indicates that the hydraulic pressure test has a large influence on the piping load and it is better to examine the welding work by 100 % flaw detection; Hydraulic pressure test shall not be considered in the rigid hanger and support design; If the hydraulic pressure test is required, the hanger and support should be reinforced according to the hydraulic pressure test condition load, structure load and the manufacturer allowed load when spring is locked.
