摘要
伊维菌素是目前公认的广谱、高效、低毒的大环内酯类抗寄生虫药物,对体内外寄生虫特别是线虫和节肢动物均有良好驱杀作用。文章总结了近几年来伊维菌素在临床应用方面的研究进展,为伊维菌素的进一步开发利用提供了参考。
Ivermectin is the important macrocyclic lactones antiparasitic drug, which is currently recognized broad-spectrum, high efficiency and low toxicity. The article summarizes the study process on clinical application of ivermectin in recent years, which can be referred for the intensive application of ivermectin.
