摘要 随着AEBS(自动紧急制动系统)的逐渐普及,对该系统的功能、性能的测试也变得十分重要,目前AEBS常用的测试方法中只能进行100%重叠的两车碰撞测试,不能很好的适用于带偏置的碰撞以及交叉路口的侧向碰撞试验。本文提出的AEBS系统的场地测试方法,使用能够设定任意轨迹的UFO设备作为目标物,配合安装ABD机器人的测试车辆进行试验;该试验方法可以进行各种角度、场景的碰撞试验。论文首先描述了该测试方法的组成,然后介绍了测试的工况,紧接着对各个工况的测试方法进行了详细的论述,最后进行了实车测试验证。测试结果表明,该方法简单、方便、可靠。 With the gradual popularization of AEBS(autonomous emergency braking system), the function and performance of the system becomes increasingly important. At present, the common testing method of AEBS can only be used for two wholly overlappingcar crash tests, which cannot be applied to the offsetcollision test and the lateral collision testof cross intersection. The field test method of AEB system is proposed in this paper, which can use the UFO equipment taken as the target object and the test vehicle equipped with the ABD robot to conduct perimental tests.The test methods can be used in various angles and scenes of the crash test.The paper describes the system composition of the test methods, and then depicts the test conditions, followed by discussing the various conditions of the test methods in detail.Finally,the paper carries out a real vehicle testing toverify the ways. The test results show that the methodsare simple, convenient and reliable.
