摘要
目的 对优质服务在脑血栓护理中的临床应用效果予以探讨。方法 随机选取我院2015年1~10月收治的脑血栓患者60例,将其随机均分为两组,分别作为对照组与观察组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者开展优质护理服务。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度及日常生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在为脑血栓患者开展护理工作的过程中,应用优质服务模式开展护理工作,能够有效提升患者的护理满意度及活动能力,值得在临床应用中推广。
Objective To study the effect of high-quality service application in cerebral thrombus nursing.Methods 60 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly selected in our hospital from January to October 2015, which were divided into two groups randomly, the control group and the observation group, respectively. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given the high quality nursing services.Results The satisfaction with nursing and daily life ability score of the observation group were signiifcantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the process of carry out the work of care for patients with cerebral thrombosis, high-quality service mode to develop nursing work can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care and activity, worthy of popularizing in clinical applications.
