摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后不良情绪的影响。方法选择我院化疗治疗的淋巴瘤患者72例,随机分为干预组和对照组各36例,对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取心理护理干预,护理前后采用SAS、SDS自评量表评估对比两组焦虑、抑郁情绪。结果干预组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理干预可有效缓解恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后不良情绪,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy.Methods 72 cases of lymphoma treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were selected, all the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group of 36 cases, the control group adopted routine nursing, and the intervention group adopted the psychological nursing intervention, the anxiety and depression of the two groups were evaluated by SAS and SDS self rating scale respectively before and after nursing.Results SAS, SDS score of the intervention group after nursing was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with malignant lymphoma after chemotherapy, worthy of popularizing and applying.
