摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术围手术期护理效果。方法:回顾性分析我院2008年1月至2015年1月明确诊断为进展期胃癌且行腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术120例患者的围手术期护理措施。结果:所有患者术后均康复出院,术后效果良好,没有近期并发症发生。结论:腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术是一项微创、安全的、新型的手术技术,其围手术护理既要按照传统胃癌根治术护理,又要结合腹腔镜手术的特点,采取个体化原则对患者护理,才能取得良好的效果。
Objective： To investigate the effect of perioperafive nursing on laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods： Perioperative nursing of 120 patients diagnosed with progressive gastric cancer and underwent laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the patients were fully recovered and dischanrged after the surgery, and no complicantions were found. Conclusion： Laparoscopy-assisted radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is a minimally invasive, safe and new surgical techniques. In order to obtain better effect, perioperative nursing care requires not only the conventional care of radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients, but also adopt the individualized nursing for patients based on the characteristics of laparoscopic surgery.
