摘要
回转窑是水泥生产企业关键的主机设备,回转窑运转是否正常,直接影响到企业生产运行。振动是回转窑运行过程中易出现的主要设备问题,由于引起回转窑振动的原因多,调整难度大,技术要求高,因此回转窑振动困扰着很多水泥生产企业的正常生产。本文以三档回转窑为例,从水泥企业多年的调窑经验出发,对引起回转窑振动的主要原因、表现状况、诊断分析及调整方法进行了总结,与同行探讨交流。
The rotary kiln is one of the key equipments in the cement production line, whether the rotary kiln is functioning properly will directly affect the running of whole production line. The vibration is the main problem of the rotary kiln＇ s running. There are multifarious reasons leading the vibration, and the adjustment of rotary kiln is difficult and required high technique, so the kiln vibration troubled plenty of cement production enterpris- es. Taking three station rotary kiln for example, try to analysis the cause and representation of vibration, summa- rize the diagnosis and adjustment based years of experience. This article is sharing some viewpoints with counter- parts.
