不同生育时期干旱胁迫对甘蔗形态指标及生理特性的影响 被引量:26

摘要 【目的】探明云南甘蔗主栽品种受干旱胁迫影响最大的生育时期,为旱地甘蔗抗旱生产提供理论依据。【方法】以粤糖86-368、粤糖93-159、云引3号和新台糖22号4个云南甘蔗主栽品种为试验材料,以正常浇水为对照(CK),分别测定各品种在苗期、分蘖期和伸长期干旱胁迫后的株高和茎粗等形态指标及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量和叶绿素含量,并对各指标变幅进行模糊隶属函数分析。【结果】不同生育时期干旱胁迫下,甘蔗株高净生长值整体呈降低趋势,其中苗期干旱胁迫对粤糖86-368和粤糖93-159的影响较大,二者株高净生长值分别比CK降低84.26%和78.86%,伸长期干旱胁迫对云引3号和新台糖22号影响较大,二者株高净生长值分别比CK降低80.51%和77.08%;除苗期干旱胁迫对粤糖93-159和云引3号茎粗生长有促进作用外,其他生育时期干旱胁迫下各品种茎粗净生长值均比CK降低。不同生育时期干旱胁迫下,各品种叶片SOD活力、可溶性糖和叶绿素含量有升有降,未表现出较一致的变化规律,脯氨酸含量则整体呈升高趋势。模糊隶属函数分析结果表明,粤糖86-368各生育时期模糊隶属函数值为伸长期>分蘖期>苗期,其他品种均为伸长期>苗期>分蘖期。【结论】综合各指标变幅及模糊隶属函数值分析,伸长期干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长影响较大,苗期和分蘖期干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长的影响相对较小。 [Objective]The growth stage of main sugarcane cultivars affected mostly by drought were investigated, in order to provide theoretical basis for sugarcane production under drought condition. [ Method ] Four staple sugarcane cuhi- vars viz., Ynetang 86-368, Yuetang 93-159, Yunyin 3 and ROC22 planted in Yunnan province were used as tested ma- terials, with normal watering as control (CK), the morphological index and physiological characteristics were determined at the seedling, tillering and elongating stages, including plant height, stem diameter, SOD activity, soluble sugar con- tent, proline content and chlorophyll content, etc. Then the fuzzy membership function value of all indexes were analysed at different stages. [Result]The results showed that, under drought stress, the net growth of plant height at different growth stage showed a decreasing trend on the whole. Drought stress had the largest impact on Yuetang 86-368 and Yuetang 93- 159 at the seedling stage, both net growth of plant height was 84.26% and 78.86% lower than CK, respectively. Drought stress had largest impact on Yunyin 3 and ROC22 at elongating stage, both net growth of plant height was 80.51% and 77.08% lower than CK, respectively. In addition, under drought stress, the net growth of stem diameter was lower than CK at all growth stages, except that drought stress at seedling stage had promoting effect on net growth of stem diameter of Yuetang 93-159 and Yunyin 3. Under drought stress, the SOD activity, soluble sugar content and chlorophyll content of sugarcane leaves unpredictably went up and down, without consistent change law, but the praline content increased grad- ually at different growth stage as a whole. Furthermore, according to fuzzy membership function values of sugarcane-relat- ed indexs, the growth stages of Yuetang 86-368 were ordered as follows: elongating stage〉tillering stage〉seedling stage, but those of other staple sugarcane cuhivars was ordered as follows: elongating stage〉seedling stage〉tillering stage.
