摘要
1993年我国引入了第一套德士古水煤浆加压气化装置,经过20多年的发展,水煤浆工艺已成为当前煤制甲醇行业选用最为广泛成熟的技术。对陕西长青能源化工有限公司首期60万t/a水煤浆气化制甲醇装置近3a来生产运行情况进行总结,探讨保持装置稳产高产的经验,对同类装置具有一定的参考价值。
In 1993, China introduced the first set of Texaco coal water slurry pressurized gasification unit, after 20 years of development, coal water slurry technology has become the current coal methanol industry is the most widely used mature technology. mainly through the Shaanxi Changqing Energy Chemical Co., the first phase of 600 thousand tons/year of coal water slurry gasification methanol plant nearly 3 years of production operation are summed up, to keep high and stable yield device experience, has a certain reference value.
